WINTER ACTIVITY

ON OUR ROOFTOP TERRACE
December through February
Friday and Saturday evenings from 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm, weather permitting

• Guests will be introduced to a Quebec tradition: maple sugar taffy, the country’s best maple syrup on snow (“tire sur neige”) made in true Quebec fashion.
• Our chef will be pleased to offer a complimentary sampling of its new winter signature dish: Icewine fondue.
