Assemble your own tasting menu using seasonal ingredients, then sit down to savor what you’ve created. This option is available when booking one of our suites.

Host an elegant dinner party in our luxury apartment. Our chef and sommelier will work with you to create the perfect food and wine experience for you and your friends. Available when booking our apartment suite for parties of 2, 4, 8, or 10.

Iron Chef
Allez cuisiniers—to your stations! Choose a theme ingredient and each cook on our kitchen’s team will prepare a dish that uses it. Then the judge—you—will select the winner.

Satisfy your passion for wine, exploring vintages from the Old and New Worlds. Sommelier and restaurant manager Mark Moffatt will arrange a degustation of unique wines not found in local stores.
